  • Delivered double digit positive comps during Q4 2021 and Q4 2022, exceeding Open to Buy forecast.

  • Managed company’s 1000 unit product line, responsible for design, production, and conceptualization / direction of all photo and video campaigns. 

  • Attend buying appointments and market trips, curating an assortment and negotiating best pricing from third party vendors. 

  • Create assortments of 300+ new products dropping monthly, planning all in house production as well as outside production with third party contractors.

  • Attended 30+ trade shows yearly (MODA, Project, Trendz, Swim Show, etc.), where personal sales were 40% higher than the company average. 

  • Launched an influencer management company during the pandemic - no easy feat.

  • Oversaw all startup company operations, including the hiring and training of staff and the development of company handbooks and procedures. 

  • Developed and implemented social media strategy for talent roster, including strategy for Kristen Hancher (25+ million followers), resulting in a 30% increase in paid brand partnerships (including BooHoo, Dose of Roses, and Lounge Underwear). 

  • Designed and implemented direct mail campaigns, resulting in a sales increase of up to 20% per quarter.

  • Managed and built presence on social media platforms, including the launch of sponsored influencer campaigns. 

  • Developed collateral such as display, marketing, and packaging materials to support product branding strategies. 

  • Attended industry events on behalf of the company, increasing our mailing list by 20%. 

  • Launched influencer program, building a list of 100 key influencers in the skincare industry willing to create content upon launch. 

  • Assisted Senior Buyer with all assigned duties related to the cultivation of new product lines.
